Competition Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Annie May Guesthouse (“Promoter”), a boutique adults-only guesthouse in Devonport, Tasmania, offering elegant, historic accommodation for those seeking quiet luxury and meaningful escape.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or affiliated businesses are not eligible to enter.

Entrants must provide accurate and complete contact details.

3. How to Enter

Entry details are outlined on the official Annie May competition webpage and/or associated social media posts.
Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.
Incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. invalid.

4. Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive a two-night stay for two (2) adults ( no individual under the age of 18) in one of Annie May’s elegant ensuite guest rooms.

Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.

Dates are subject to availability. Blackout periods may apply (e.g., public holidays, long weekends, or peak event dates).

Prize includes accommodation only and breakfast. Travel, meals, beverages, and additional expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be contacted via email and announced on Annie May’s social media channels within 7 days of the draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

6. Conditions of Stay

Annie May is an adults-only guesthouse. The stay is limited to 2 guests per booking, and no children or additional guests are permitted.
Guests must respect house policies: Annie May is a space of quiet and calm, not suitable for parties or large gatherings.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or operational issues).
Any damage to the property during the stay is the responsibility of the winner and may incur a charge.cement.

7. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries.

The Promoter is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during the stay.

The winner is responsible for any tax implications arising from receiving the prize.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Annie May’s Privacy Policy.

By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Annie May, which they may opt out of at any time.

9. General

By entering, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms if required by law or operational need, without prior notice.
